LOADOUT CASE

Our largest hard shipping cases come in twelve sizes and are ideal for protecting and transporting sizable gear and sensitive electronic equipment. They are built to withstand the most severe conditions and abuse while protecting contents.

This tough injection molded wheeled case is designed with rigid reinforced walls to give maximum protection for even the most sensitive equipment.

Optional extendable handle and 2 inch wheels make maneuvering easy with heavy loads. User configurable- layered foam filling is also available.

All cases include 3 metal spring loaded handles and stainless steel twist lock latches. The waterproof, dustproof O-ring seal protects valuable contents including instrumentation, sales presentation packages, test equipment, photographic equipment and other delicate items. 

ABS / POLYPROPYLENE

These tough, injection molded, O-ring sealed carrying cases protect contents from dust and water. Choose between ABS or Polypropylene materials and adapt your case to the perfect specifications.

ABS: ABS is exceptionally durable, tough, and better resists becoming brittle in cold, harsh weather. ABS resin is field repairable and interior components can be solvent welded to the case shell.

Polypropylene: Our Polypropylene is automobile grade with micro-cellular foam for weight reduction and solid additives for shape stability. This results in a case that is lighter in weight and more chemically resistant. The design of the case, based on this polypropylene resin blend, brings up to a 20 percent reduction in weight from the ABS version. 

RUGGED HARDWARE

3 Spring-loaded powder coated galvanized steel handles stay out of the way when not in use and the 2 stainless steel Twist-Lock Latches offer a secure closure.
Both sides of the Loadout Case are equipped with a molded-in pad lock loop (1/4 in, 0,635 cm) for added security. 

WIDE, DURABLE WHEELS

Our wheels are custom-made from ultra-strong urethane. The wheel’s shaft is shock-mounted, so it absorbs the shock, not your gear. Our hard protective transport cases will protect your items regardless of what terrain they travel over. 

REMOVABLE HINGE ROD

Easily remove the lid from the body of the case by rotating the tab on the hinge rod. Its removal is only possible when the lid is opened, preventing theft of contents. Case lid and bottom can not be separated while pad locks are attached. 

PULL-UP HANDLE

Loadout Case pull-up handles are made of super-strong thermoplastic composite and make transporting your case a breeze. A handle lock allows it to be securely locked into place extended or retracted.
