The 4AA RFL with 225 lumens and 5.5 hours of operating time is just as extraordinary as the color, which you are sure to recognize immediately in your toolbox. The 4AA RFL can be produced in any of the other colors shown in the color stack and we will also be happy to apply your company‘s logo.
INNOVATIVE OPTICS
Our innovative optics system concentrates 89% of the total lumens of light in the center of the beam, reducing backscatter and greatly improving beam brightness or in other words the majority of the lumen output is not wasted as stray light like in many other lamps.
INJECTION MOLDING
Engineering grade plastic is the material of choice for our 4AA RFL. We have auditioned and selected the best of the thousands of plastic types for combinations of strength, corrosion resistance, clarity, static charge dissipation, UV resistance, thermal stability and just plain toughness.
All of these plastics arrive at our door as small pellets which will be melted and formed into the component shapes using a process known as injection molding.
This is how we make the 4AA RFL. The plastics used are high-impact ABS and LEXAN®.
